We’ve been in business for around 46 years and originally used to do our own billing but the aging of the accounts became more and more of a hassle. We started with National Billing’s predecessor years ago because our aging accounts were going out as long as 60-90 days, so the thing that has really helped us is we get paid a lot quicker and it simplified our billing process and collections.  It takes a lot of the uncertainties out of my business, once we get work run through and we get it billed I know that we’re going to have money coming back in a much shorter period of time. It speeds up my cash flow but also gives our customers a chance to pay their bill at a later date.


In the chemical and fertilizer business our ag customers have very seasonal cash flow, and National Billing has been very flexible working with our customers on payment terms.  One of the other things that I really like is the constant communications that I have with Karla, our account manager. She always keeps me up to date on our accounts, and she does a good job with our customers. I’ve never had an issue with the way they have treated our customers.  If somebody asked me if they should start doing business with National Billing I would tell them to take a good hard look at it; I would sure recommend them."
